COSMOS Natural and COSMOS Organic are certification standards for cosmetic products. They confirm that a product meets strict requirements for quality, sustainability, and safety.

COSMOS Natural

This certification confirms that a product consists predominantly of ingredients of natural origin.

Natural Origin:

Ingredients must come from natural sources such as plants, minerals, or other naturally occurring materials.

Processing Methods:

Mainly physical processes like drying or pressing, as well as selected gentle chemical processes such as hydrolysis, are permitted.

Environmental Impact:

COSMOS Organic

At least 95% of agriculturally produced ingredients must be organic. The final product must contain at least 20% organic ingredients; for rinse-off products, the minimum is 10%.

Certified Raw Materials:
