Normal skin
Your skin doesn't feel particularly dry or particularly oily, but it still needs regular cleansing, moisturizing, and sun protection.
1. CLEAN
The cleanser removes makeup, sunscreen, impurities, and excess sebum, preparing the skin for subsequent skincare products.Application time:
morning and evening.
In the evening, if you wear make-up or long-lasting sunscreen: Start with a balm or oil cleanser.
Then, use a gentle cleansing gel, foam, or cream.
How to choose the right texture:
Balm or oil – to remove make-up and sun protection cream
Cleansing cream – for dry and sensitive skin
Gel or foam – for normal, combination and oily skin
Gentle cleansing milk – for daily use
Common Mistakes:
cleansing too aggressively
water that is too hot
a strong feeling of tightness after washing
washing too frequently
2. HYDRATE & PRIME
In this phase, lightweight, water-based textures are used: toners, face mists, essences, and hydrating serums. You help:
Moisturize the skin.
Relieve feelings of tightness.
Prepare the skin for the next step.
Make your skincare routine more pleasant.
Application time:
After cleansing, morning and night.
Application Procedure:
Toner or mist — as needed.
Moisturising serum.
Targeted active products.
A moisturiser can be applied to slightly damp skin, provided the product instructions allow this. Retinoids, acids and other intensive active ingredients should not automatically be applied to damp skin.
3. TARGETED TREATMENT
This step targets a specific skin concern:
Dehydration
Blemishes
Oily Sheen
Dull Complexion
Uneven Skin Texture
Pigmentation Spots
First Signs of Skin Aging
Sensitive and Weakened Skin Barrier
Cardinal rule:
Every product should serve a clear purpose.
Do not introduce multiple highly effective active ingredients simultaneously. Start with one new product and gradually observe how your skin reacts to it.
Application:
Eye cream – if used.
Light, water-based serums.
Richer serums and emulsions.
Oil-based or anhydrous formulations – according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
If you use multiple serums with the same texture, apply the serum that addresses your primary skin concern first.
4. HYDRATE & SEAL
This cream helps retain moisture, maintain the skin's protective barrier, and complete the most important steps of your skincare routine.Application time:
mornings and evenings, after applying serums and targeted care products.
How to choose the right texture:
Light gel – for oily and combination skin
light cream – for normal skin
rich cream – for dry skin
soothing barrier formula – for sensitive skin.
Even oily skin needs moisture. It is important to choose a texture that feels comfortable, rather than abstaining from creams altogether.
5. SUN PROTECTION
Sunscreen completes your morning skincare routine and should always be applied as the last step.Application time:
Every morning. On sunny days, please re-apply as directed on the packaging.
Do not mix sunscreen with your cream or serum. Use a separate sunscreen product and follow the instructions regarding the amount to apply and reapplication.
Finish your morning routine with your preferred broad-spectrum sunscreen.
